Privacy/ Policy

How we handle the personal data you send us through the contact form.

Last updated: 11 August 2026

Who is the controller

WeSmart Studio s.r.o., Náměstí Marie Schmolkové 1, 100 00 Prague 10, Czech Republic, company ID 10667580, VAT ID CZ10667580. For anything related to personal data, contact us at info@wesmart.gg.

What data we process

From the contact form we process your name or company name, email address, phone number (optional), the selected enquiry category and the text of your message. We collect nothing else about you.

Why, and on what legal basis

We use the data solely to handle your enquiry and to follow up. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract — or Art. 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in replying to prospective clients. We therefore do not ask for your consent, and we do not use the data for marketing.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any follow-up, and no longer than 3 years from the last contact. After that we delete it.

Who we share it with

We use no external form service — the message is sent directly from our own web hosting. The only processor with access is our hosting and mailbox provider WEDOS Internet, a.s., company ID 28115708, Masarykova 1230, 373 41 Hluboká nad Vltavou, Czech Republic. We do not transfer the data outside the European Union and we never sell it.

Embedded Google map

The Contact page embeds a Google Maps frame. Loading it transmits your IP address and browser details to Google Ireland Limited, which acts as a separate controller. If you would rather avoid this, please block third-party content in your browser.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses no analytics or marketing cookies and does not track visitor behaviour.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability, and to object. Just write to info@wesmart.gg. If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, uoou.gov.cz.

Providing the data is voluntary

Filling in the form is entirely voluntary. Without a name, email and message we cannot handle your enquiry. No automated decision-making or profiling takes place.
